What is the best age for a child to start martial arts?
Ages 3–5 can start in a preschool class. Storm’s Mini Troopers is that band in Farmington Hills. Kids 6+ use the kids taekwondo program, not Mini Troopers.
Mini Troopers is a short, playful class for little kids — not a full sparring grid. Coaches keep it moving so a 3- or 4-year-old can last the hour. Call 517-220-0621.

What is the best age for a child to start martial arts?
Storm Mini Troopers is built for ages 3–5. School-age kids go to kids taekwondo, not this class. We do not claim a medical “best age.”
